An elector's crown, but no house. After all, the Hapsburgs coat of arms basically became the Austrian ones.

:D good work, that crown really does look ridiculously big and I love it.

Sorry I didnt resize it for you, I wasn't sure you were 100% happy with it yet. Just in case I forget for other people, all I do is shrink it to 10% of its original size, and save it as a .GIF. Then upload to imageshack in thumbnail size, and tell it to remove the borders (you can do so when uploading). But Im more than happy to do it for anyone, just let me know.

Latin would be fine as well, but I'm thinking this is the kind of thing Fritz can bellow out before a battle. He's not going to be shouting it in Latin, that's for sure.

hey all, sorry Ive been so absent, but Im working over my uni holidays so Im basically not home much during the week. I'd hoped to get most people their CoA by the Diet, I am not sure if that will work out. I have nothing on this weekend, and plenty of time as far as I can see, so I should be able to get a lot done then.

It would be a greaet help if anyone who is unhappy with theirs, or who wants a new one, or who hasn't got one yet and wants one, makes another quick post detailing what exactly they still want different/what they want it to look like if its new. I know its not always easy to tell what looks good, and Im happy to still make amendments for as long as you like, and Im also happy to make up completely new ones if people have no ideas, but just in terms of getting things done quickly this would be a big help.

I just think'd it'd be neat if I had them up and running ASAP.

    Thanks,

Dennis (oh yes, hi, I'm Dennis btw. yes a german called Dennis, long story really but aren't you glad it's easy to pronounce, oh wait you don't really need to pronounce it, but if you did it would be easier than some of the names we Germans come up with)

    *start gripe*

Need a resize (make smaller) of Hans' ducal crown and make his shield slightly larger overall. Or actually, do the thing with the crown first. That might change a lot.

For Ruppel's coa, an intermediate width between the 2 lances you posted would be fine. Helmet can be somewhat smaller (and less tall) and get some decoration, in terms of leaves (Kränze, Lorbeeren) and maybe no crown on top.

    Thanks

    Hey deguerra, again great work.

The url link I use for my sig picture appears to be broken, I'm getting a dreaded red x.

Would you mind reposting the black and gold Crusader Shield? The large format is fine because I'm going to save a copy and resize for my sig and use a large one for the Outremer Thread.

    Thanks!

hey guys im finally alive again.

FH, ive made the crown much smaller on this one for Hans, but left it at roughly the same width as that shouldnt matter to making the shield larger. what do you think?

Hey, deguerra, I'd like to request a coat of arms for my character, Hans von Bavaria. Just Bavarian colors, of course, and an eagle, I think, but besides that please do whatever you feel is best.

    Thanks in advance.

No, I'm in Bavaria, that's why I picked the avatar. So just the Bavarian colors. Azure and... whatever white is. Oh well, at least I knew one, though I have no idea how.

One for my current avatar but I would like to hold off until I see if he gets permission to go to Outremer. So this is "on hold".

One for my previous avatar Jan. You made one but said you could add small details in time. Consider this to be of a low priority since this will just go on your front page and the mausoleum.

One for Alfgarda if you really want to. This would just go on your front page and should be a very low priority.

So, please take care of the current avatars before you get to my old ones. I'll let you know when I know what I want for Dieter von Essen.

These are pretty cool, I guess I'll request one for Lukas.

I'd like a Franconian background. The small shield (which should be one of the bigger ones, since there is no detail in the background), should be divided into four parts. In the top left should be the English coat of arms, but without the French part, just the red/yellow three lions. In the top right should be the Hamburg coat of arms, and on the bottom right the Krakow coat of arms (gotta make that claim!). The bottom left should be without symbol, painted entirely black. No crown as my character is not a Count yet.

    Thanks.

That is very exactly what I described, though I guess I've changed my mind about the black region now that I see how it looks. I suppose it should have a white cross in it. It should be very simple, just horizontal and vertical white bands that run the entire height/width of the region.

deguerra, I'd like you to make Hugo a coat of arms

As a basis I would like a templar shield (red cross/white background), with the upper left corner fleur-de-lis with a black band across (as a French renegade) and lower right Imperial colors (in stripes ??)

For the Subshield, A white deer's head with antlers on a green background... (true arms or the de Cervole family...)

    That's about it
