    You need smeone to walk around with you all the time and help you resist when you're tempted.
    I'll do it for 10$/hour. Mouz may be correct but you can try it yourself of course.
    My mom quit because of me (yeah, I'm important ), but in the last years she sometimes smokes a few again, but not a lot, more like a party smoker or like Mouz says, when she feels really bad, maybe she even stopped completely again, I don't really follow her smoking/non-smoking habits.
    My dad also quit somewhen long ago but he never started again, they both didn't get professional help, one succeeded completely, one only halfway, though that's still better than staying a chain smoker IMO.
