So, how's the weather over there? There's lots of clouds here. Grey clouds on a dark blue sky. Not too hot either, and my cat is going crazy. Anyone know of a way to shut a cat up without, you know, being charged with animal cruelty?

(And no, "not getting caught" is not an acceptable answer. )
