I'll take this opportunity to post a public service reminder: anyone who has not played Prince of Persia: Sands of Time should get over to Ubi's free games list and download a copy
frog, apparently I won't be able to play the game thanks I'm not American. Which is not a good thing.

That restriction is still in place? Ick!

POP: Sands is well worth buying for the ultra-cheap prices you can find it for - heck, it was well worth the full price. It's a beautiful Arabian Nights-esque work, filled with acrobatics and sword fighting, with a story that has a neat idea which you won't spot until you are near the very end. At ~8 hours per playthrough it's short and very sweet. I've played it through 3 1/3 times, which makes it one of my most-replayed console games.

I was going to download C&C Gold, but then I figured it was easier to remember my childhood by eating Pop-tarts.

    Have you just been dumped?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.

143 free games including Psychonauts by Tim Schafer... now everybody who hasn't played that game yet should hurry over there and play it right away!!!

But also Commandos 3, Tomb Raider Legend, Fallout, Hitman 1 & 2 (Silent Assasin)...

All you have to do is download the Gametap console thingy, you don't even have to register after that and you can play these games for free!!!

It seems noone noticed that Rise&Fall: Civilizations at War was released for free sponsored by the US Air Force.

And no, I have no idea why the Air Force would sponsor an RTS.
