All right, seeing as I won't be on until the 26th, here's some information for you, for what it's worth.

You are a client of the Brothel who has in the past worked as a spy. Essentially you are a detective.

During the day you may, as is the case with all other players, vote for whom you think has intentions opposed to the clients and prostitutes.

During the night, however, you have an additional ability. You may investigate one person with the aim of finding out their intentions. You will gain one of three results for each person:

Guilty - evidently anti-prostitution
Unclear - the results are unclear. A second investigation may be more conclusive.
Innocent - evidently pro-client/prostitutes

Results have a 25% chance of ending up in the unclear section for most roles, although for others the chance of this happening is much higher.

Day IV Conclusion
As the sun set and the day concluded, it was discovered by a narrow margin that Beefy187 was to be lynched. The people of the brothel eventually decided to burn him to death. He was tied to pole in the brothels courtyard, and old twigs and bits of wood were thrown around the pole's base. As the kindling wood was lit, and the logs began to smoke, Beefy murmured unaudible words under his breath which continued as the flames engulfed him.

Night IV Conclusion
shlin28 was eating a supper of dry bread dipped in some sort of broth. shlin couldn't sleep, and felt that a little nutrition would maybe help him accompish this. He was sat with his back towards the door while he consumed the food which was a foolish mistake to make.

From behind him, a single man approached. Dagger drawn, ready to attack shlin's neck. Within the space of a few seconds, shlin was a bloody heap on the flaw with numerous stab wounds all over his corpse. The attacker smiled a smile filled with pure evil, but, before leaving, he took a larger serrated knife from his pockets, and used it to cut off shlin's leg.

Firstly, the unclear detective result, seems a bit risky to leave him alive if GH won't be back to give the follow up result.

Secondly, I thought Beefy was innocent. I still can't really see the case against him but Sigurd put on the lynch vote (despite thinking he may be innocent? Why not Cronos, Sigurd? He's seemed much more suspicious for the whole game.)

Thirdly, he was sending PM's earlier in the game (to Andres, I think). I'm not sure I like this, I don't think I've ever felt the need to send private messages except when mafia in Capo. Could be completely innocent things but I don't see why it couldn't be posted in the main thread if everybody involved is innocent.

A) Yes, Andres, evidently. Tell me, if you witnessed someone attempt to murder one of your neigbors, would you think it quite evident that that person was indeed not pro-neighbor? Hmm?

I have no reason to doubt GH's claim.
However I am not guilty and neither will I be if being investigated again.

That Beefy now repeats my question to shlin, without seeming to acknowledge that it has been answered, speaks of not really paying attention to what is going on.
It could mean he is innocent. But his so far pro-townieness with good replies speaks of a player reading the game thoroughly.
But this last statement blows his cover and instead puts him in the informed minority. His pro-towniness is a result of knowing what is going on and he don't really need to pay close attention to what is going on.
That is what I think, and if he is a prostitute then I am full of crap.

Doubtful that khaan is the detective. Afaik private reveals are usually forbidden in games, so how would GH get khaan's full role PM? And even if it were true, how can we be sure he didn't fake a role PM?

It was to help make sure I lasted at least one more round so I could get a definitive result on Sigurd. Me and GH were both very concerned about his behavior in the thread. Either way, it was going to help the town, because we could either catch a mafioso, or clear the town's leading dialogue instigator of any suspicion. We figured if GH revealed, that he would be targeted, and this would give me a much better chance of figuring out what Sigurd was up to. I didn't know about GH leaving until we exchanged PM's when I gave him the last result I'd had before he left, when Sigurd showed up as unclear.
