You should all give Megas a shot.

It's great fun. The last few terms have been basically a "crash test dummy" session, and a few dummies have been crashed harshly. I'm certainly glad it's been the Vets that have experienced the situation as they've handled it very well.

The new system will really make it simple, effective and allow you all to concentrate on IC deliberations and negotiations rather than minute rule knowledge.

You'll need to be organised, clearly, but beyond that it's really now about your interpersonal skills and relationship building.
