Usually a lot of water, some the night before and then loads in the morning, lemonade is quite nice as well, refreshing and it feels like it wakes up my tastebuds, when it comes to the food it depends on how bad i am, if its only a little sickness then a full english breakfast soaks it all up, if its a mid range then i may just leave it at a bacon sandwich, anything worse and i end up just drinking water usually till about 6-8pm depending on severity and what time i got up
Vegimite/marmite any other type of mite is some disgusting yeast extract thing! it has such a horrible foul taste... but some people seem to love it, i would advise trying it without a hangover first, before using it when your stomach's already in a weak state..
