Well, that's a turn-up for the books.

I'm now heavily inclined to believe that slashandburn is telling the truth about his PM from Beefy, since I just received a similar one stating that I could change alignment if I wished, which would mean betrayal of Naritsugu, so I declined. Of course, you'll just have to take my word on that, but feel free to lynch me if you'd rather not.

As for a theory... it's possible that the mafia doesn't actually have any means of recruitment whatsoever, and instead certain players are approached with alignment change PMs from the host in relation to things they may have posted in-thread; since, at one point, I posted some anti-Naritsugu sentiment, I was an obvious choice for an alignment change, as was slashandburn who proposed subservience to the town in exchange for being allowed to live.
