So, hypothetically, what if a person wins an item vote and gets lynched the same turn? Does the item go back into the pool?

I would award it to the second place finisher. In the event of tie, it becomes randomized to one of the tied leading candidates.

hmm... the leading players are 40 vs 41.. and then 19 , 9.. these high bets makes the lower bets completely pointless Imo.. so if possible, it would be good if we could keep the bets lower than what we have now so that more people could be potentially be in danger of being lynched. Right now I can only really vote for Chaotix, Renata and YLC, without wasting my credit for certain.

I had a bit of trouble understanding what you meant until I read ironsides post.. imo he says there are at least 6 attacks this night (5 killed and a failed attack on him) . . So this thought can't be used as we are not dealing with 6 attacks stacked on ironside , as I see it.

I write too sloppy appearently. Yep, you're correct, it was one attack on me and the 5 others in public I was refering to. It was not a freebie 0% attack (might still been a lucky item), since APTG pretty much said directly that they won't trigger the self-defense hidden power, but only attacks that would kill you otherwise.

This voting situation is ridiculous, especially all these 20 credit votes. As far as I can see, only Subotan's wager possibly explainable, as I really don't think he would wager 20 credits on a random lurker (that's why I trusted him with my 1 credit wager, which was also served as a mean to prevent Chaotix from possibly threatening Fluffy, though I am seriously having doubts about this now)

1) He's either lurking or completely inactive. Neither of which is helpful or enjoyable for the rest of us.
2) He seems to be a "safe" bet at this point, in that I'll likely get my chips back.
3) In a past life (as the Killer Rabbit) I performed a faction scan on him. I'm not implying that he's definitely chaotic, but his death would not displease me in the least bit.
