I looked at Krahmalkov's work a few weeks ago and his dictionary contained sets of words beginning with and containing both s and sh (somebody on these forums had asked for the greeting in Phoenician-Punic). He also wrote a grammar of the language that may contain a phonology section. I haven't checked that one but will be able to get back to you on Monday on that!
