My last PM from Dur3x (sent to me 28 hours ago) leads me to believe that he is NOT planning on quitting right now.

Dur3x should tell that to me, since I'm responsible for finding new players.
He missed his turn, despite being online during his hours, and didn't say anything.
Even without considering the personal insults, both in the thread and via pm, the lack of respect in not sending any warning about not playing his turn or justifying why he didn't play is not acceptable.
This is not a Hotel in which people get in or leave without leaving any explanation.

I'm the butler of no one, and I expect the same respect I give to the others. This lack of respect ends here and now.
And dur3x has no more than 12 hrs to show up, confirm that he's playing and apologizing publicly for the insults he addressed me.

Otherwise I have no interest in playing with non-mature and uncivil players.
Personal insult as by the rules (and there would be not need for a rule like that as respect is fundamental) are not tolerated and calling one "jerk"(via pm) or "shit with 2 eyes" in his post, is not tolerable.
My patience has a limit too.
