Being subbed on time it's not an excuse. He was online, if he can't play the least he can do is to warn me or his subber (and you confirmed he didn't warn you) or justify himself when he's back about why he didn't play and when he'll be back. Every other players does that.

and about insult i m totally agree with you , but don t make false affirmations that he was online and he didn t want to play(maybe he was on mobile ) . the rules was respected on time .

PM the admin about the insult like you have to do . and he will get his fine

I don't even know if you're serious or not.
It's not like "ok I insulted you, report me to the admin and I'll get a fine of 5k or whatever". And then maybe you or someone else does the same (to whoever) thinking ok
I'll get my fine. There's no fine for insulting. Deep and serious apologies is the only way to amend.

I think you don't get it at all:
he won't see any turn, if he doesn't confirm he'll be playing.
You (means not you but everybody) either play it until the end no matter what or you can leave it now.
Bad loser , who leaves when things get though or difficult, are not accepted. I don't need and I'm tired of players that enjoy the HS only when winning and leaves when things don't go their way.
If he wants to play, then he'll have to say that now.

About the insults: no , in case like this , is something I decide on my own initiative.
Personal insults is something on which I decide and no one else and I absolutely do not tolerate.
External admins are about the rules.
In the previous HS, despite not being the main admin (under the sky, in which the admin was Jiub), Desley was kicked out by me when insulting Tonno about his religion (as he refused to apologize).
And other cases like that. Because like I said, there's a line to draw, when it comes to be respectful.
He has to apologize if he wants to continue. Otherwise, either majority approve kicking him out or I'm out.
Actually I don't even care if I'm the admin, the manager of the HS or a simple player: I won't play in a HS in which players can freely offend.
Criticizing a player is a thing, insulting is another .
