The only issue is that some factions (like England ) is willing to make diplomacy.
Is @Lord Luka willing to make diplomacy on behalf of France? After all if Jiub named LL as subber, it means he trusted his judgement.
If LL is willing to make diplomacy until Jiub gets back I see no problem with it.

and possibly stop talking about things you don't know. France was already losing ground while Jiub was still playing. Subbing has nothing to do with it. Actually LL moved quite well. And since you proved already you're not much competent, maybe you can keep a bit more silent and learn form others.
