So far so good
Campaign running smoothly. One CTD; I had left the game for a little over an hour (smoking and making coffee) game crashed when I went to do a hard save.
No complaints so far, perhaps I will have the original game discs bronzed and erect a shrine

Yeah, the only issue I've noticed so far is that the game freezes/crashes if left running with no activity for long periods of time -- say, 45 minutes or more. Otherwise, I've not had any problems yet.
