I've made it perfectly clear since dawn today that I'm not risking a split vote. So you're talking to the wrong person. You get Monty to vote Newyn, then I follow him and beg my other townies to do the same. Otherwise I stay on you. It's that simple.

I got a bulletproof vest "in the mail" at some point I'm not specifying (to make similar fake claims more difficult) early in the game, and I've been waiting ever since for an inventor to claim, for some other recipient to claim, for something to happen that will help me identify other townies. Nothing happened. I even looked at Scarlett's ISO after she died, not a damn thing. So I figured there's got to be something else out there. Then the vig shot showed up. That's it, I think. Someone else was gifted a one-shot power and there it is. I expect a claim. Nothing happens. I mention my bulletproof vest in passing thinking maybe to get some kind of handshake, nothing. Well, this is weird. Something's not right here. And if the rest doesn't make sense from that perspective, then there's something wrong with you, not me.

I'm enjoying the little twist you've put on the vest since yesterday. It's not a generic "one-shot vest" as you imply. It doesn't protect me regardless of when I'm shot at. I get one shot to use it, to guess correctly or not. If I guess wrong and am not targeted, it's wasted. For all you know I used it on night two and started playing games right after that to give the scum a scare and salvage some fun from my mistake. What do you think?

Since you've already stated your opposition to the idea, and since we can't split votes, there's no reason for me alone to switch even if I did see Newyn as a better bet than Pizza, and I don't really. I think they're a package deal.
