This is an odd reaction to Sooh's post. Given how you've pursued D1 so far. I'm unsure of what you're trying to accomplish, Sooh was adding content to the thread, even if the question wasn't directed towards her. So why?

Because when I ask someone a question, I want to see their answer unaffected and/or uninfluenced by someone else putting words in their mouth for them. Even if it's a more obvious answer/response, how they answer is important.

Not entirely you, but IIRC you are/were (please be "were") the only one who was part of both.

And nah, my novice vote's not locked in, round ends in 19 hours and I should be able to carve out enough time between now and then to get a more solid feel for things.

    Sleep for now though.

How could Sooh's post effect novice's answer? I'm also unsure as to why you thought the question had value in the first place. I honestly don't understand the logic behind it. Feel like the answer would have to be some iteration of what he said, or else he'd look inconsistent. Are you always this antagonistic in games? Your posts give me that vibe, or am I delusional?

i was legitimately confused and thought that was something other than crapshoot just because it was censored at first lol

Back in the olden days we were. The times when khaans changed their names every thousand posts. Those were stricter times...

    Isn't "Champ" a Pokemon?

That would have been a proper disposable vote. Too late now though.

Because when you provide an answer for someone else, you provide them something to point to and draw from? Often when I ask someone something, I care as much about how they answer as what, if not more. And someone stepping in and providing an answer for them that can affect their response and ability to respond is bad.
Or put it this way: If my questioning/pressure could produce genuine results and that is hampered by someone intentionally or unintentionally coaching the one I'm asking how/what to answer, of course it's a problem, no?

As for what the point of the question was, I asked him that to hear about his voting habits, and to determine exactly what type of vote it was. Was he the type to decide a suspect early and/or was it a pressure vote? I felt his answer told me enough about that and moved on.

As long as there's someone in this game who's bothered by swears, I will censor them. That's a time-wasting issue I'd rather avoid entirely.

So you saw Sooh's post as influential to your question/novice? I disagree, but to each their own. Mostly concerned with the tone of it all after the fact, rather than the question itself anyways.

Also, for my own understanding mostly, what was the purposed of going after Logic? What value did you gain from that interaction/argument?

I don't have a ton to add, except Csargo ???

I hope you'll have time to make some general reads on a few people to help me read you, Csargo.

Same goes for most tbh. Even if you're uncertain as heck about your reads and you probably will switch them around tomorrow, I'd really appreciate getting them before DL so I can use them to get a read on you. I'll get into and produce some sort of reads list when I'm home from work today.

No, I took issue with the idea of answering for others, not her answer specifically (because it had nothing to do with the question, but that's a past matter).

I started pressuring him because I saw an apparent contradiction that wasn't answered, and I push apparent contradictions that aren't answered. What I got out of it was that he's someone that has trouble conveying exactly what he means and that approach wouldn't do any good with him. The discussion was otherwise alignment-neutral.

(On an unrelated note, day phases are 48 hours, and d1 started two days ago at about 12:30 PM EST, so it would end early this coming afternoon for me, but the phase end time is set for roughly 6 PM, meaning it would end then, so how much time is there-
SeveringViper hurt itself in its confusion!)

6PM EST, so idk if that's a conversion you'll have to do or something.

For the record, I'd assume the 6 PM time takes priority myself, I'm just complaining =)

I'm in EST, so no conversions, just thought it was a little unclear.

Especially since I'd been operating under the assumption the phase would end next afternoon for me until GH mentioning otherwise made me check.

I think both because it started on a weekend, and because I know sometimes D1 phases are a bit longer on my home forum it's a slightly longer first day here.
