He's had tons of time to give us the details we'd need to assess his claim, but he's held off as long as he can, and is still failing to give a clear account of himself even as we move close to the deadline.

And the reason he's done it like this is because he doesn't want to give us time to properly assess the claim, because he knows it's not true and we'll work that out if we have time to analyse it.
