I think I made that clear in the post you quoted, but oh well.

what I find weird about your slot is the conjunction of the turnaround on Visor AND the lack of wolf reads.


POE is fine globally, but D1 is the moment of the game wolves don't have anything to go by and when it's harder for them to fake solve. (later they have flips and other people cases to chat about and build on)
So it's not uncommon to catch a wolf spamming TRs or nulls D1 and working by POE (because that's easier to fake lol).

Sure, I won't disagree that it's easier to fake, but process of elimination is a basic tool that is central to the game, regardless of what day in the game it is.
Further, if the implication is that on D1 there's not enough information for a POE, that would be strange, because a lack of information is perhaps all the more reason TO have form a POE.
If I have people that I'm able to V read, it makes sense that I exclude them.
If there's nothing enormously damning being posted by those I can't get a proper fix on, it makes sense to have them in my POE.
I don't have any issue with someone saying that POEs can be faked, or that they disagree with my conclusions (provided they add why they disagree), but I do take issue with the claim that POE being used on D1 is inherently wrong, bad, or dumb.
It's just a means to narrow down who my suspects are and figure out wolves, and whatever means I have to sort through however much or little content there is from each player and solve the game, I will use.

Mischiefs defence/omgus seems a little weird given I wasn't voting him based on meta (and truly don't remember much about playing non turbos with him). I understand he can be a bit formal/stilted in his writing in general but it was mostly a Poe thing if you look through my explanations on the reads

Not sure what to think of raskol or eph rn (raskol calling me socially awkward is mild v points lol)

Admittedly, this is maybe a personal thing (for me or you :p)

The individuals outside of my villa reads and outside of the POE were given temporary exclusion simply because there was little to go off of.
Slots like that I wait to see whether I'll get a feeling for their alignment as they post.
In the case of my nulls, those slots I read a number of posts from, and was still left uncertain.
Should any of the wait-to-see slots not gravitate in either direction, they too will find their place in the POE, unless they gravitate into a proper scum read, in which case the POE is examine and evaluated for potential partners in case of being correct on the scumread, and a vote is placed on the scum read.
That's basically my process.

I will not disagree that it was a bit of an overreaction, your read seemed incorrect enough in the moment that I could only see it as intentional, but as stated previously, that conclusion was drawn from a less than fair assessment.
Probably also didn't help that I was still kind of waking up when I saw it.
Not really an excuse, but still, I recognise that it was a bit unreasonable on my end.

Rask's posting in this stint seems totally fine and Dya saying this is not how they wolf is good enough for me day 1. I also have a soft spot for people that just lol at me. No buddying, not trying to turn the tables. Just "lol you're silly" and move on.

Insomnia pinged me for reading rask "for sunbae" because I was pretty clear on the idea that I had no real wolf case and it was just vibes/mixture of my other reads. I didn't ask anyone to read Rask, to vote Rask, to sanity check me or anything. I just voted someone and moved on with my day. So for Insomnia to piggyback off of my vote, credit it to me, and throw on an additional two reads has me on alert when I get back to the thread and think Rask has been fine.

Dyachei is strongly in "Looks like a villager and walks like a villager" territory.

Ephemeral has had sharp takes and I'm going to suggest bluntening via force trauma but I'm not super confident if that is good or we should take a lighter touch.

So if we assume I'm wrong Dya is a wolf and Ephe is town.
