Is anyone here familiar with Hammer Horror type films? There's one I faintly remember, but whose identity I am utterly at a loss with. This couple go into a house, where they meet the landlord. At some point they are trapped in a pit or something, but for some reason the evil landlord is there with them. They manage to off the landlord, but they then realise that, with the landlord gone, there is no way of escaping, and the film ends with them fruitlessly looking for a way out. For some reason I associate it with Hammer Horror, but it might have been an Alfred Hitchcock Presents kind of short film.
