Hey AP, I heard that in Russia, beer is counted as a soft drink; is that true?

No? Who told told you that? People in Russia have the exact same attitudes on beer. In fact, Russians do not even consume as much beer as lot of the European countries do, or the American South. However, our vodka consumption is the #1 in the world.
