I have read through every single post Andres has made. He made no comment about a victorious duel increasing someone's battle rating. While that did indeed happen in Midgard, and Andres has said that the duels were "inspired" by Midgard, that's a relatively weak assumption to make at this point. Haudegen's comment seemed very definite, which would indicate an alternate source for that information than this thread.

Though it's not exactly what Haudagen posted he probably just generalized it assuming it is for all duels.
