What/How is your campaign process?

Going back to the thread's original topic, here is a picture of my ongoing Makedonian campaign:


As you can see, I have unified Hellas so far. That was my first goal, after defeating the Koinon Hellenon and Epeirotai. During the Epeirote Wars, I also captured Taras from them, getting a foothold in Megale Hellas as well. Recently subjugated Illyria as well, where remnants of the Aiakides family remained (that bastard Pyrrhos must have really loved women ).

My plans no are somewhat uncertain. I will probably just remain passive, and slowly convert some of my captured regions (alwsy beginning with lvl3 governments) to Satrapeiai (lvl2 governments), as well as strengthen my poleis somewhat. I also desperately need more population in my core regions of Makedonia and Thessalia. I may have problems with Pontos soon, as those money-loving-Hellenes-emulating guys will probably attack Byzantion soon, possibly dragging me into the Eastern Affairs (as I call them, the Ptolemaioi-Seleukeis-Pontioi war going on).
