The thing is I already have ab muscles, just too much stomach fat for my liking around them. I do plenty of situps/crunches/leg lifts
I'll eat a few dry roasted almonds too for a snack. I have a couple weeks to shed a few pounds... Like I said I'm in pretty good shape, I just want to be in great beach shape.Is that ALL your eating in a day? Also how long have you got to lose the weight?
