Ah yes, Taras :). I gave that to the Romans in my first turn in return for a ceasefire and trade rights.
I found the recruitment viewer, im gonna take a look into it :)

I edited my previous post, but I dont think anybody saw it so ill ask it again :)

But what are the regional barracks? The Conscription center of the army (red one) or The Conscription center of the army for foreign natives (orange one)? The way I see it the red one gives you your "normal troops" (if available, so for me its hoplites and stuff) and the orange one gives you the troops from that region (celtic for example).
But when you build a type III or IV governement, whats the use of the red barracks? You cant train those troops anyway :P

Also: Is it possible to start a war between Rome and the Aedui of Carthage?
