Deg, I think we are going to have to re-do mine.

The simple effectiveness with some of these other coat of arms has me thinking again.

    Sorry.

Exactly what I had in mind!

You should think about the symbols you want in your coat of arms and stick with them.

For example.. I have lion represent bravery, crosses represent piety, crowns represent princes and those fleur-de-lis' represent Capetians. In the middle there is the kings banner to represent France. And the number 3 represent 3 brothers of King Philippe.

    yes hard to please.

    It's all too much.

Brittany, France, de Rohan and Saxony. There all on it and they are all relevant, but it's too much from the looks of things.

The intarwebs don't provide much information on the surname Perronne, but one website produced this coat of arms which I like the looks of even if it's totally made-up, which is likely the case:

Using the wolf/dogs heads (or something similar) and the black/white motif, would it be possible to do something similar, but with 5 heads instead of 3? One of the heads should be facing the opposite direction.

Could I have this... turned into a normal shield but with the bottom right corner being a black boar or boar's head on a white background?

I have a couple of requests.

For Hermant, would it be possible to have the coat of arms of the Yvelines department of France:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yvelines

Apparently, it includes a village Jouy-Mauvoisin but most importantly it is just gorgeous, unlike the the other coats of arm I have found connected to Mauvoisin. If it is problematic to give a lowly knight the coat of a department, you could mix it up a little by adding a black line in the middle of the white lines or improvising in some other way.

On another request, I wonder if you could show me what "a cross fleury charged with a single Fleur de Lys" would look like? Perhaps blue background, gold cross and fleur de lys? I am not sure where the fleur should go - maybe upper left? I am looking for something appropriate for this:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_the_Fleur_de_Lys

    thanks!

Would it be possible to narrow the red stripes so the boar's head will fit? Other then that it is excellent
edit: On second thought, could the white background be turned yellow as well?

    ok, econ first.

    siggy sized:

as for the fleur de lys thing, I have two. Firstly, the exact description of the heraldry, I think, means that the fleur de lys is on the cross. that said, I'm not sure this is the best look. therefore, I've also included it in the corner, as you suggested:

    That's fantastic, deguerra.

The personal one is just too pretty. My character must not die (or my next character must steal his stuff!).

The fleur de lys things is great - I agree, the one with fleur de lys in the corner looks better, so I will adopt that for the Order of the Fleur de Lys. Would it be possible to make a siggie sized one? Thanks.
