Three guesses for two possible answers? The Celts used their chariots more as "battle taxis" (and javelin-tossing platforms) for elite warriors rather than as shock vehicles à la scythed chariots, true enough. (Though obviously a roaring charge would be cheerfully mounted if an opportunity presented itself, and running down routing enemies was obviously better done with the chariot than on foot.)
Three guesses if the engine allows for that ?
