It sounds as if it is a religious killing. I would equate that with a serial killer. Remember the Weatherballoon serial killer last Capo? This could be something similiar.

It sounds as if it is a religious killing. I would equate that with a serial killer. Remember the Weatherballoon serial killer last Capo? This could be something similiar.

This, and the fact that the killer was clearly both narcissistic and psychotic, and that he made the three captured men fight each other with knives to survive, and then killed the winner anyway, makes it seem very much like a serial killer to me as well.

There were two serial killers in Capo II. One of them, the Weather Balloon killer, was a kind of "fun/psychotic" role who selected his victims based off a trigger in the thread (in that case, it was players proclaiming their innocence). He believed that "only God is innocent" and naturally took offense to anyone else claiming innocence, and thus perfection. It looks like we may have something of a repeat of that here.

Well, quite frankly, I have the gut feeling that you guys would start to assassinate people so you could create your own Benelux Mafia. In the hindsight, it's best that you are reduced to 3 people to prevent you guys from doing anything which might harm townies.

This is interesting due to what it indicates about the write-ups. Last night I protected CountArach. I haven't received my results PM yet, but I'm positive that neither of my partners showed up (one did not check his PMs to get the orders, the other gave a plausible excuse for not participating after I had submitted mine). I've scoured the write-up for some indication of why CountArach was listed, but couldn't see one. Since Dutch_guy seems to have appeared due to you protecting him, I suspect CountArach appeared because I protected him.

That would mean that Jolt, askthepizzaguy, and Andres may also have been the targets of actions of some kind last night. Worth keeping in mind for future write-ups.

Last night I sent in orders to protect ATPG with DIY and splitpersonality. Results came back inconclusive. Maybe one of DIY or Split didn't send in orders. What do you have to say for yourselves?

The Nagant was designed by a french firearms company of the same name and became standard issue in imperial Russia. Combined with the L'Etranger reference, I think Stranger's killer is posing as a Frenchman.

Wikipedia disagrees with you. It appears to be almost an entirely Russian/Soviet weapon, with Nagant having little to do with the actual production. In any case, it says that Nagant was Belgian, not French.
