EVERYONE.So, I just got a copy of Victoria and it's expansion off Gamersgate... and I have no idea what to do. Anyone have any tips for playing? Is there a guide somewhere that outlines some of the basics without being written in Latin? And why are there only like 10 playable nations in each scenario? Is modding required to make some of the others playable?
