You Norwegians have always been crazy.

The focus on languages no doubt is a combination of a minority native tongue and a reliance on overseas trade in commerce. Ergo, you went places and needed to talk to people, ergo you learned the local languages.

Your socialised education may actually have been constructed by someone with a brain, as well, rather than by the Labour Party.
