Isn't this just a recent fad or something? It's been around in Japanese/Asian culture for a while too. Doesn't anyone remember the '80s?

Cool store, bro! I want some ham.
    No ham, pepsi.
They make deli slices of frozen pepsi now? Awesome!
You also need to purchase a small freezer for storage of your pepsi.
It runs on batteries. You'll need a few.
Uhh, I guess I won't have pepsi then. Do you have change for a twenty?

You need to post more often.
There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

I remember reading a while back about the high levels of estrogen/progestin in the water supply from birth control pills. Basically, men are all just turning into .

    Like me.
I so hate stories like these. The inference they're trying to make is when exposed to substance A in massive amounts, it causes health problems. Therefore, when people are exposed to trace amounts, it must also be harmful. Clearly this must be the case... I mean if u drink too much water, it will poison you. Therefore, any exposure to it is bad.

I'm convinced BPA hysteria is just the latest in the anti-chemical fad.....

    Apparently the issue is doublefold:

    http://www.villagevoice.com/2005-03-...-diesel-fumes/

But these figures just scratch the surface, apparently. Research has found, according to some experts, that diesel fumes degrade the immune system and interfere with hormones, reducing sperm production, masculinizing female rats, and changing the development of baby rats.
Though the issue of decling sperm count and feminization has received more attention, and carries more risk.

    EDIT - Here's a more detailed summary: http://www.ehponline.org/docs/2001/1.../abstract.html

Our study provides evidence for the first time that inhalation of diesel exhaust during pregnancy masculinizes fetuses through accumulation of testosterone in mother rats. These experiments also showed that the elevated testosterone levels did not result from accelerated maternal adrenal functions. The feto-placental-ovarian unit and the inhibition of aromatase activities and synthesis caused by inhalation might have played essential roles in the accumulation of testosterone.

Yeah, same here. They will eventually get around banning everything. Meanwhile, let us poison those hippies with hemlock, handing it to them, saying 'drink this - it is natural; an herb'...

So, if I ever feel the urge to try on the missus' stockings and shoes, I should go suck on a Mercedes tailpipe, to get well - to restore the ying-yang balance.

    Brilliant.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

No, I think the article is saying that if you want a masculine child, your pregnant wife should be the one sucking down the diesel fumes.
