Ok basically, in response to Choxorn

Its in his best interests to give his mana to Shan Khao or whoever whilst he is in a mindset to do so.

This is because your team mates (ATPG & Split) won't do it, should choxorn's money be split between them, meaning he could try and find a mark quicker and I have less opposition as he couldn't spend on himself for the fight

Midday 1

Shao Kahn watch and nodded to his guards as they took both Raiden and Scorpion into isolation. It would be a huge battle in the evening and Shao Kahn was secretly hoping that the Thunder god would lose. He was very annoyed with everybody since they would not help him to find a Mark. ‘God help the next person that annoys me’ he thought. “My lord” a voiced called from behind him. Shao Kahn spun around and slammed a fist into the source of the voice which happened to be the messenger that he had sent out earlier. The messenger tumbled over with the blow. “What is it?” Shouted Shao Kahn. “My lord, I have words from the gods” the messenger replied while rubbing his face. Shao Kahn suddenly forgot he was grumpy. “So what news do you bring about the Mark?

The messenger stood up and dusted himself off. “Well my lord it seems the gods here were trying to change things in the tournament to move things in your favour but they cannot change the rules of a tournament that involves both the Earth realm and Outworld realm without approval from the earth gods.” Shao Kahn thought about this for a second, and realised he wasn’t following “So wait a minute, that means these new rules involving the mark was agreed to by both Earth and Outworld gods?” The messenger hesitated for a second “It does seem that way, Sire. Apparently they called a meeting of the gods, and that were this new set of rules comes from.”

Shao Kahn pondered for a bit. Millions of questions floated through his head which infuriated him for he disliked thinking. “So which Outworld gods are responsible for this and where does Raiden fit in all this?” The messenger stammered “Apparently Raiden was excluded from the meeting, had a hissy fit and vowed to win the tournament himself” Shao Kahn chuckled at this “And what of the the Outworld gods?” the messenger bowed low “I am afraid, I do not know who is behind this, my lord.” ‘Wrong answer’ thought Shao Kahn as he used his foot to crush the messengers skull flat as a pancake. ‘I will find out!’ vowed Shao Kahn.

I will change my vote to Cage v Reptile

The opposite actually. Something about his cocky attitude made me suspect him, so I removed some of his mana for the fight, to complicate his use of special abilities.

I will bet 50 mana on Reptile. The odds are just to good to pass up...

Clearly a suspicious bet there by CCRunner. So probably first post is a lie. I find it hard to believe that he'd waste a special ability on round 1 randomly, or even to make 50 mana. This leads me to believe Cage and Reptile are in cahoots.

If the above is true then the people who bet on Sub-Zero and are probably innocent (again nothing is proven but gives us a clue):
Yaro, ATPG, JohnHugh, Seon, Split

I do have experience with snakes and foxes, while you do not. In my experience, the mark distribution is random-- there are teams with no mark and there are teams with more than one mark.

If the premise above (that CCRunner is scum) holds true, then likely the statement above is a deception, and in fact each team holds a mark. This would be very easy to verify next day by having Mileena fight as she is the last of Scorp/SZ team.

Also, I'll Bet 50 on Raiden.

P.S. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers in my earlier effort to organize the town, I apologize, but we will need to cooperate to find the marks.
