Well, yes, it can't really just be the Vollorixes, because with only two... I do agree all should get to vote.

The Vollorixes do have more influence, though. That is already in there (see "confederate influence").

You should be careful here - god-king or not, this does not disqualify the possibility of an election. In fact, if the EB description is to be trusted, that's actually exactly what they did it. The god was revealed through the vote.

I'm not sure I understand what you're proposing here. Have I understood you correctly if I take this as "if half the chiefs who are eligible for the position demands that the elections be halted, they will"? If so, to what end? What purpose would doing so serve?
