I attended Leeds Festival in 2008 where Metallica were the headlining act for the Friday night; I chose to go with a "friend's" choice and watch The Cribs instead. In hindsight I should have gone with the once-in-a-lifetime chance of Metallica... I just couldn't tolerate the crowd there! xD

Apologies, but from my view, would you rather continue saying 'flint' and then have someone correct you and you be all ashamed in a big group of friends, or would you rather now know about it and you can then correct people AND tell them what its actually from?
Throwing in phrases like that to people who don't get them is awesome fun.
examples: Saying someone was hoisted with their own petard or commenting on someone's great parthian shot.

To be truly ironic, the situation would have to be that hooah was originally from Leeds and moved to Atlanta with his family because they had a dislike for the people of Leeds, only for hooah to fall in love with a woman from Leeds, that he met in Atlanta.

That's what I thought when I went to watch them at Werchter festival. And then they came the next year, and the next year and the next.
IMO they're good to watch once for the show but not good enough anymore to follow them around. The guys are aging and I'll only watch 15-minute-solos-while-the-others-take-a-breather-backstage for so many times.
