If this is a game when someone wins by surviving, killer will have a overwhelming advantage.

My theory is that we are all capable of killing.
Yes but there is 'evil force amongst us' so some may be more motivated to kill than others.

True, but if my theory is correct, the "evil force" is still fighting for control. I'm guessing we're facing some sort of demon possession and the individual who is possessed, is still able to control themselves. That, or something, or someplace, within the manor releases the demon upon contact or entry. I could be wrong, but I don't think the demon is powerful enough yet to force its host to start killing. Where's an angel when you need one.

    Enjoy.....

    PRESS PLAY

    Morning Four

The sixteen surviving guests were horrified when they discovered the mangled corpse of TheFlax hanging in the shower. There wasn't a single person among them who looked anything but traumatized. They huddled together in the Parlor looking pale. They tried to escape but the doors were still locked and the windows wouldn't break.

It was a long time before anyone said anything. There was another horrible warning written on the wall.

    Fight or flight
    One death per night
    It murders you all
    With sick delight

Finally, they decided to begin discussing what to do. Their options remained the same... continue exploring the house, or try to kill someone.

    • You have until 23:59 (11:59PM) May 16th (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) to place your vote for either the LYNCH or to MOVE to a different room. That is approximately 47 hours from now.
    • You cannot both lynch and move in one day, so you may only choose to do one with your vote.
    • I will now send out the description of the rooms you are in privately. You may interact with the room during the day phase.
    • If you are going to MOVE, I will need to know where by the end of the DAY phase. I realize that it causes problems for me due to the game mechanics if the day phases creep over into the night phase. So please, send me your movements before Day is over.

I don't think the setup of this game lends itself well to a lot of in thread activity. AFAIK, there's a lot of stuff going behind the scenes.

If it makes you feel any better, most of my out of thread stuff was with the person in the same room as I was after my first movement.

Vote:move I get the feeling....the house will keep killing us unless, we lynch someone

But I remember the "Golden Rule"....not going to start going for the lynch, until I can confirm someone is doing the killing

Even then, I feel Pizzaguy is doing something to provoke us into something......hopefully we can figure it out before we all die

From what I can gather there is currently one killer, we must solve the mystery of the mansion to figure out who our killer is, and then lynch them. This is what I base my thoughts of the game on, and this is the model I will use to try and solve the game.

As far as I know, "townies" cannot kill vigilantie style until the mystery is solved and there is X amount of people still alive with no killing force (think golden rule after we solve the mystery) to keep us on the move...

I suggest we open everything, look everywhere, and do anything we can to gather clues which should be analyzed in the thread, in full public view.

    Thoughts so far:
The tool shed is covered in a crimson material, later confirmed by careful analysis, and a combination of materials in my environment, to be blood. Originally ATPG gave me the sense of a rusted color, but I had not noticed this tinting earlier in the day, only as the day wore on and the sun lit it better, this gave me a further sense of a "Silent Hill" type environment which is alive and reacts to the day/night cycle as well as what goes on within the house. The bleeding from the walls and things written in blood without any bodies (first few nights) suggest this is a possibility. The problem with this model is that we can win the game by lynching, and ATPG says we cannot lynch him, and I don't think we can lynch a house (burn it down maybe?). The grandfather clock is quite interesting, I heard it chime 6 times last night at 3am, according to my writeup, so I'm going to keep a list of the number of times it chimes each night, to see if that pattern could mean anything.

I also suggest we keep a list of phrases written/carved in the walls, and other messages we may recieve. This list should include, what the message is, who can confirm it, where it is, and by what means it was delivered. If we have no voulenteers to record this, I suppose I'll do it.

That's just my two cents so far... Phew...

    tl;dr
I think the house is evil, possibly controlling someone. Need to solve mystery by carefully examining environment. I'm going to attempt to organize thigns from the writeup, if you'd like to help you're welcome to.

Well, if you're right split, then there are 2 confirmed innocents already.

    Coolio.

I don't know why you woke up at 3 last night though, I got up at 4. The extra hour did wonders for my pants and their dryness, though.

And Pizza: that was NOT FUN to read with the light off

Unsure if being around someone who is possessed to kill themselves clears you, but if it does we indeed do have two innocents. Again, I am skeptical as to whether or not we should clear anyone just yet.

I really do like the simulated thunderstorm however, regardless of how scary the writeup might be found, the rain is very soothing to me. Maybe it's cause it's 2:33AM and I"m doing freaking excel spreadsheets

Fact I noticed, might be unrelated.

Clock timed "six times before the dawn", at approximately 3am according to my writeup. The flax was the 6th person on the alive list from the bottom and was killed on night 3.... Just something I noticed, unsure of whether or not it means anything

Okay, well, my contributions so far can amount to me knowing the guest room rather well. However, Split, I want to contact you privately about something a I found - I'm not sure how much I should reveal.
