Stop is such a relative term
To make a long story short; life happened
Ever since the powerlifiting team broke up I've never been getting back to the iron like I had been but starting in May of this year it really fell off the table
Since then I've gained about 20lbs and lost about ~50 on the bench and ~100 on my DL and Squat.
I am just not the athlete I was 12 months ago and Certianly not the one I was my first year at uni. I have been going through cycles (as I am sure even a search of this forum will atest lol) where I go hard but then just lose interest and fall into nasty habits, mostly binge drinking. I just don't have the same pep I did

same here... only problem is i have knee injury and i cant sport... it really pisses me off
