Anyway,

On a more serious note, there were several places I visited in the Philippines that had subtle service limitations.

I witnessed in a couple of bars where the Korean customers were ignored until they left. I witnessed a couple of bars where a group of north african black men dressed like hollywood gangsters were not only ignored, but when they asked why they were being ignored, the mamassan told them they were trash. I also went to a Korean KTV bar that was rumored to be owned by the Korean mafia, and even though it was staffed by Filipinas, they ignored me and my party for about 30 minutes until I flashed a ROK military patch, but after one drink we left.

The limitations were pretty subtle, as there were no signs. I seriously doubt there would be any recourse unless it was a foreigner mistreating a filipina. To be quite honest, I don't have a problem with a business owner deciding who he will and won't serve.
