But anyway, you spammed my inbox with at least 10 pm's since the HS started complaining that France had lots of money and you were not having fun because of this.
You were in league with Yuonyuon,Dur3x and so on, and when he left (although Auran continued with the plan, and actually this might have favoured you as when I tried to convince Yuonyuon to stay, because you needed him, he said that it was useless to help you since your faction was dead anyway)-as Castille-that further penalized you (and , you smart thinking, blame others rather than him for abandoning you..) .
But what you missed, despite me making notice you, is that the only issue was that you got fooled by France (but for that you can only blame yourself, rather than finding others to blame). And for a player like Jiub to use betrayal, it means that he was at disadvantage , not you.
In skip-a-few HS, the biggest advantage/disadvantage is who start first on turn 3 (after the forced peace ends). An advantage that you had and that you wasted by trusting the guy. Had you and HRE attacked first the situation would have been completely reversed .
You kept complaining that you faction was weak, while your faction is one of the 2-3 that could take everyone else alone. TO is the weakest faction (and I warned the player before making the final choice).
Now you leave because all your buddies are leaving and you feel scared alone. But a good player doesn't rely on his buddies. Joining a HS counting on other's help is a loser attitude. Good players play like Lord Luka, by using the excellent diplomacy skills. Despite being in a much harder position (at the centre ) he did all the right choices at the right time. You had a top faction, and despite all your mistakes your faction is still alive, proving how strong is your faction.
But all in all you should play to play, not to win. This is a game, but it seems many are not capable of having fun and victory is all it counts for them. But running away won't make you a better player.
