because if it's sleep then ladd is like, taking v!newcombs concern with his partner signal boosting it... which is pretty odd?

i can come up with explanations for why he'd do that but the easier answer is that sleep is town

furter from that: as scum here i would be plotting out path to victory. im sure you know how that goes. i have been generally townread but not TOP townread, i would be sitting in a good position. i would not need to upset the status quo. there would be no need for me to come in here and go "hey actually i think its hk" because now you dobby and cape are all giving me the stinkeye in response. i could easily win by taking the path of least resistance. im doing this because i think im onto something

The problem I have with the HK vote/sus is that it's literally just POE with no case, which I feel would be easier to develop if we could actually see all of what HK has said this game easily. So basically I don't see the "legs" for the suspicion to stand on.

like:

sleep was basically never going over on D1, and Newcomb was pretty widely squinted upon so signal boosting that wouldn't realllllly change that

so like, if it's sleep then i guess ladd was just trying to further pocket Newcomb... well i guess that's regardless of sleeps alignment but it'd indicate that he was comfortable throwing a bit of shade on Sleep to do so... and i don't think ladd would expect it to push sleep over d1

still i do think the part where newcomb will flip eventually does mean it's more likely that ladd was just trying to signal boost a push on a villager

Katze, re Dolby wolf style I have seen him try to blend and I have seen him power wolf/openly wolf and he generally has more success with the power wolfing/openly wolfing style of play. After looking at his posts again he was 100% going for the power wolf sort of play and was trying to get people to town read Ender again. I don't think he had any idea he was going to be blown up.

I think Csargo has had good and bad. And I feel like Csargo has been dodgy with some of their posts. What I mean is with some of the language they use in these posts like.

oh my god forget I ever said anything about cape, the vest, and ender. I was being as uncharitable as possible, I don't actually think that's what happened. It was a thought exercise in "how bad can I make this look", nothing more.

Ye im not here today. been not at home during the day and im just gonna chill and not think about the game tonight, ill do some work tomorrow but im back to feeling like anything but cape is a mistake. F

the thing is that i went back and reviewed and those people didnt really have cape in their poe, a lot of them thought he was town. the consensusish poe by most dead towns was katze/hk

its fine if you think cape is mafia and want to go with that, you are not beholden to their opinions and its possible they are wrong

anyway like i said, try to detach a little bit. it helps. you can still give it ur all just dont put too much emotions on the line. remember its just a game.

this approach is just... not great sorry. Like, we can't have 4-5 different vote targets at the end of the day, and go into f3 with 50 different opinons but i guess thats whats going to happen.

There is nothing about cape to suggest he can't have god tier reads.

I was suspect of Csargo at that point in time as well (I think Cape and I ended on Csargo D1). Ladd being down there I think is a good look for Cape. Like Ladd wasn't at the time super suspect so Cape putting him there might have raised some questions. I'll go looking to see if it did.

Nobody should have had Monstr anywhere near their town reads, just go read his posts, they're bad.

I am town. You did misclear me because I'm nice. You should have miscleared me b/c of how many wolves were town reading me. Especially the ones that know they can push me across the line.

Really though the best reason I can say that I'm town is that I have too narrow of a POE to actually get the chops I need to win the game.
For me to really succeed here I need to keep as many options open as I can so that I can easily fall in line with "whatever the town pushes" instead of trying to clear people like katze and raskol.

Shifting immediately into anti-spew so that when you do go over nothing you said can be used to help town / hurt your team. I don't think Dolby entered in anti-spew. For example while Ender did receive some amount of suspicion on D1 his wagon peaked here:

ignore all of that, the 4 vote Ender wagon was only 2 hours before the end of the day, I got my dates mixed up. Yes absolutely Dolby came into the game trying to power wolf the thread away from Ender and onto literally anyone else he could get their attention towards.

He appeared to be trying to read spew into Ladds posts, was trying to get the thread suspect of Monte, and was pretty hard defending Ender.

yeah and a lot of people have not been dumpstered by raskol wolf before. This game, at times, felt very similar to how he played our hydra game and how he wolfed against me on the syndicate very recently. So yeah, I had tinfoil on raskol till he flipped. I'll own that and dgaf
