I did say I'd look at them again, i.e. read it and get back to you. I don't really care about stuff I can't see in this thread, just like with logic's view of you d1. I think they've pushed their beliefs, I think they've poked and prodded for information, I think their reads and views all have depth and make sense to me. Feels like I can pretty easily follow their train of thought and why they're acting the way they are. I don't think your views here are valid for the most part. I don't think they've pushed anyone particular hard, but I don't really view that as a positive or negative without meta knowledge of their game tbh. I also kinda think the reason they woof read you was valid, not super good probably but I can see the point. There's very little from Taffy that makes me question my read honestly.

I think there have been some uncharitable meta takes I don't like being thrown about this game. On me as well as not.

I think the take "you have villagery fire" is a take that forces good players to burn themselves out to match their meta or be shrug yeeted for stupid reasons.

HK and Visor could be wolves outside that but that read is basically the reason Thunal got scumread in the team game I played alongside her and it's the most frustrating experience because you're trying to force something that just isn't there when you just wanna relax.

Do you have an opinion on Visor's play that's not just complaining that other people aren't trying to read him in the right way? (Basically the same as he keeps doing himself?)

I agree with this take, it's more or less how I feel.

I'm struggling to articulate my feelings and reads in this game, a lot. So I'll agree with whatever resembles my perspective the most.

I also find Renata's posting around the current time quite villagery.

I kinda did, in the mindset I'm in right now. I havne't liked your comments since the shot at all. You seem personally offended by the idea of being read as scum for inadequate reasons, but like, that's not how town tends to react when that happens. At least it's not how I react. I don't sit around complaining; I have from probably two days before had an itemized list of everybody's who's thrown a nonsense push in my direction and have been scumreading them for it long since. You have like no energy focused that way. It's not like you ever pushed Taffy before, you just kind of complained about it. You're feel like your belief is that the bad pushes toward you are coming from villagers, and that's a wolf mindset.

You also are trying so hard to put together a PoE that doesn't include you or Vulgard or Ender and it just feels forced. You spent several posts begging for people to talk to you so you can be cleared, instead of just putting your head down and getting to work on solving on your own.

Then Dyachei, who's also been in my PoE, shows up, continues to have Ender in her scum pile despite Pizaa stuff (she was right on that I now think and I was wrong, but oh well), and engages with your push on Taffy in an encouraging sort of way.

So yeah. It's probably not, but please do forgive me that I thought so.

This post in particular was something I quite liked. It has an aspect of truly believing that wolves are coordinating something in front of her. I don't think wolves are commonly able to fake this sort of thing, and in fact, they often simply don't come up with reads like this in the first place.

I don't feel like you've been solving this entire day phase, to be honest. Your posts have consistently been very good on a tonal level, but I feel like you are just spinning your wheels and talking about your own slot instead of actually getting anything done. And yes, this is a casual game and I recognize that (in fact, I've been trying to play pretty casually, minus the parts where ATPG riled me up a bit with his wrongpush), but this is still true.

I'll share my town reads if/when I arrive at them, there's a slight niggling of something on Ender I think is positive but I'm sitting on that for the time being.
I don't believe in towntells because I think any wolf worth their salt can towntell, like you said in 189 only replace derp/dumb with town or wolf at your leisure.

The tone here, on the other hand, is horrible.

the thing about pizza I'm noticing in this game is he is almost entirely relying on mafia theory rather than exploring why players have said the things they've said. For example when he suses Ampharos it's about "wolfy phrasing" not necessarily about what Ampharos was talking about.

Likewise with Ender it is more about "what would a wolf do in this situation" not "why is Ender doing what he is doing" and on D1 that's not a super bad approach to the game. Aim a wide net and hope to catch something in it. As the game progresses though it starts to lose effectiveness.

I think Pizza can do this as town or wolf and unfortunately there aren't really context clues to indicate which team he's playing for. If he's town the wolves are likely laying low, trying to skate through today and working on a plan to eliminate him at night.

If he's a wolf the rest of the wolves are staying out of his way and letting him run the show. I think the best I'm going to do is judge him on results. Where does he vote, how do the wagons he's on flip, how do the wagons he is not on, or not interested in flip, that kind of thing.

This is such a perfectly accurate assessment of Pizza, immediately undermined by a couple paragraphs of stuff that means nothing and goes nowhere. None of this is ever followed up on.

Hollowkatt wasn't present for end of day and didn't give any opinion on the wagons (of which there's a reasonable chance right now were v/v) either before or after. Next to nothing that looks like scumhunting.

This was in response to ATPG's quiz show. Does it really make sense to sheep the dead guy you voted the previous day when your reason for voting him was that his reads didn't have any explanation? I mean maybe, but it sure does if Ender/Logic/Vulgard are all town and you're a wolf. (Not that Hollowkatt proceeded to vote in that pile so who knows.)

He voted Dya with little conviction, switched off of that onto Visor as a joke response to Visor's survivor claim, and now has switched off of Dya to Boquise also with no clear reason. He's just a wolf.
