We can wait a week or two, but I agree that spawning avatars does not need to wait for that. Indeed, we could even start the first Council session without everyone having installed the game, so long as we do not start player movement (I think to get the avatars, the GM needs to advance the game one turn).

We should probably get a handle on the rules before the Council Session starts, though it wouldn't hurt if the pvp or duel took a bit longer. We should figure out whether we want the first three rgbs to be full fledged Dukes or stewards waiting on the princes to come of age, though, so they can decide how to rpesent themselves IC.

The idea of stewards is fine with me. We may expect some from the start tensions if a steward relented to release his stewardship in favour of the royal son.

The question is whether we want to be plunged into boiling oil so soon after starting.

Right now, the two sons are age 2 and 1, so there would be 30 turns or so before they come of age. Also, there would be one house without a royal at the head, seeing has the king has a daughter.
