Thanks a lot for the siggy sized one. It looks just beautiful. And all the other stuff. I think I have to kill all the other characters in the game just to grab those Coats of Arms for myself!

    Hey Deguerra,

    They're all looking good.
I had the thought of maybe icorporating a saltire due to being Scottish.
I have to say the one you've designed for me is great.
I would be honoured to use it.

Marcus: put the saltire in the slightly less obvious place, but I think it fits better there than behind the flower.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

one doesn't, I do I usually keep the WIP versions large so people can see the details and then provide a siggy sized one when we're happy.

Deguerra's last post contains all the shields in small size.

I agree it's a bit busy. How about this: first, flatten out the chevron a little bit so that it has a bit more room above the point and below the 'wings'. Then reduce the size of all the heads (make them all the same size) and fit two below and three above, with one of the ones on top over the point. Also, I'd like the reverse head not to be central or special in any manner. Just one of the heads on the side somewhere.

No, Marcus is quite right, there is no way to get individual arms from that big image, it was just for show. You still need to tell me when you're satisfied with a coat of arms and then I'll post the siggy version.

Sorry Deguerra I thought that was the finished design.
I have two idea I would like you to try if you would be so kind.
Could you make the saltire white cross blue background.
And please could you incorporate a Feur De Lys somewhere.
Thankyou for your work it's really top quality.

I love it, not too empty at all IMO. I actually prefer a simpler design to some of the split designs showing multiple heritages.

Actually simpler coats belonged to more important nobles. A complex coat of arms denoted a knight of lesser status.

I think this is a nice visual representation of the decentralisation of the Empire, PBMs excepted.

Edit: The sad thing is: I've been playing EU 3 so I recognize most of the states represented.

2nd Edit: That's Cordoba isn't it wedged into the bottom?
