My parents constituency (Stroud - where I grew up) has been Labour since 97 with Dr Drew. Can't speak for places like Cheltenham or Cirencester though... not as many burned out hippies there as in Stroud...

LOL. I've never met one before or since. Sadly the guys dead now* but I remember when his name came up in class one day, (I was about 10 at the time), he said it was a derivation of Shakespear, sounds plausible but then again he might have been bigging himself up.
