I'd say bike, but I'm adding a disclaimer here so one of our many nutriution gurus won't rip me a new one ;).

High intensity is what you want to be looking for.

I used to bike extensively, one time this guy at the gym said biking didn't work the hamstrings well, though I disagreed at the time. It's good exercise, your stamina will allow for further distances to be travelled and it's easeir to take in the scenery. Jogging is more exertive and I think will burn calories faster, but, I also think there are more gains to be made in burning calories more slowly. The only problem being is that I used to jog year round, I was only able to bike during the warmer months.

    Overall biking is better

What does your diet look like?

Are you counting calories? Carbs? Protiens?

Jogging can be bad for your spine, funnily enough. Same as treadmills, especially as you don't do it properly. (Yes, there are actual ways you are meant to walk, run, job, sit in a chair, etc)

I use a bike myself, as you are exercising the same muscles, and arguably even more.

The intoxicating degree of exertion and the eventual runners high, not to mention the euphoric feeling one receives when finished (jogging), I feel, far outweighs any physical pleasures of bicycling. Though bicycling has its charm. I'll worry about physcial ills when I'm old and crotchety.

Biking is better for your knees, but worse for your testicles.

That shouldn't be an issue, as real men have

I liked that show, particularly the 'Militant Black Guy'.
