Kinda yes.
There was a reason why I asked for a sub host at the start of all this and I cant help but think I'm going to have trouble keeping track of 20 sets of stats plus any tactics or ploys that you players will come up with.

Numbers and statistics can be handled by anyone, they are impartial. So is Random.Org.

I'm going to be going through my GCSE's next week, that includes advanced mathamatics, do you realy think i want to be juggling numbers in my spare time? Seriously though its not so much the actual number juggling but finding out the numbers for each nation being played. Which is becoming a pain because google is so damn unhelpful at times.

Like I said, I can do it, I don't mind juggling the numbers at all, and I can find most of the numbers because they will be relative, rather then actual, which would only unnecessarily complicate things.

I can roleplay the united nations, as an impartial party. They would want the balance of power to remain, and peace.

I would find that fun! What countries would follow the UN sanctions and so on...I probably wouldnt, even if i made them!

Everyone who signs a trade agreement with China. And information kept confidential. We trade with some not very trustworthy people. Like Great Britain.

Yep china is/was trading with nearly everyone in 1980.

The darker the colour, the older the agreement (apart from the yellow and grey that was post 1980.)

Who is to say we will even help?

It depends on how good they have treated China, and the rationale for war. But as you can see, Great Britain already on thin ice regarding Hong Kong issue. It is a shame they do not want to try the route of friendship.

From what I learned they most likely wouldnt get involved at all and just wait until GB is destroyed and Hong kong becomes unclaimed.

If you cling to the past, then that is where you will remain.

China wishes that all Chinese people live under Chinese rule. Great Britain need not continue it's imperialistic policies. Release Hong Kong to the protection of China, and our diplomatic relations will greatly improve.

We may be willing to send you some trade goods in compensation for the next 20 years. It depends on how reasonable your demands are.
