I'm going with the host decisions.

In An Unlikely Pair, Secura and you were independent mafia and you were killed on the last turn, ending the game. Methos clearly wrote that Secura was the sole winner.

In Inishmore, pever gave the victory to atheotes alone, so it is reflected in the results although I would agree that it is a harsh decision.
