Unit Description
Aventuros are a French unit that come from the noble classes. Armed with pikes, these pikemen wear heavy mail or even plate armor. Despite being a well trained unit, Aventuros can occasionally be quite impetouous. Their large pikes can keep enemy spears and heavy infantry at bay until you use other units, such as spears, heavy infantry or cavalry to flank the enemy. Aventuros are also extremely useful against enemy cavalry. Cutting down the horsemen from afar when dealing with a frontal cavalry charge. In close quarters, the Aventuros will switch to thier secondary weapon, a sword. Despite their armor, Aventuros are suseptible to archer fire, namely armor piercing missles, javelins and bullets. Slow moving, but effective.
