Unit Description
Byzantine Lancers are well trained and well disciplined. They are equiped with a lance for charges and a sword for close quarter melee combat. Known throughout the Byzantine Empire for thier disipline and competency, they make for a much revered and skilled heavy cavalry unit. Excellent for heavy infantry, archers and lighter or equal cavalry units. Byzantine Lancers are not too suseptable to arrow fire, but will fall to armor piercing missles.
