The Bawdyhouse is the third level Spy building. Spies trained in a province with the Bawdyhouse start with +2 valour, enhancing their chances of success in their missions.
A Bawdyhouse also increases the happiness level of a province by 10%. This does not stack with the happiness bonus of the Stew or Brothel.
