The Siege Engineer's Guild is the third building in the (non-gunpowder) artillery production line. This allows for the recruitment of Trebuchet crews, which are an improvement on damage from Catapults. Trebuchet crews will not be available until the High period, even though Mangonels can be recruited from the Master Siege Engineer in Early.
