The Citadel Barbican is the first add-on to the Citadel building. This greatly improves the defense around the outer gate of the Citadel, increasing the time the attackers will remain under fire, and allows the Demi-culverin Towers add-on.
The Barbican does not add to the troop capacity of the Citadel, it remains at 780.
